WELL not really. But almost. It would have been perfect if the design is that of one or more of the angry birds.

More playtime with Sis & Cuz @ the Villa

Johan and his sister Marielle are so addicted to slides. And so is their cousin, Marielle Rose.

When they visited Villa Escudero way back in May they found this  playground with a small slide fashioned from the “tongue” of a whale. The slide was old and somewhat dirty but that didn’t stop Johan and the girls from having their slide fun.

On May 22, 2011 Johan visited Villa Escudero. He enjoyed watching the cultural presentation by the Villa Escudero personnel. After their performance Johan got to pose with some of the dancers.

With Johan during his Villa Escudero visit were his mom and dad, his pretty sister Marielle, his Lola Paz, his Titas Kiddo and Anne, and his cousin Marian Rose.

 

 

Angry Birds in Singapore F1

The recent news that the Angry Birds are in Singapore for the F1 Grand Prix got Johan all excited. Although he just came from Singapore with his mom, dad, and cute sister Marielle in late May he would be all too happy to be there again at this time.

There are two things that Johan is most interested with — Racing and anything related to the Angry Birds. That makes the Singapore F1 appearance of the Angry Birds the closest thing to a “Nirvana”!

THIS EARLY Johan is already lobbying hard to have one of these — or something very similar — for his cake on his next big birthday. He’ll be seven on March 8, 2012. Just like his pretty sister Marielle, SEVEN is one big birthday to celebrate.

And he’ll settle for no less than his favorite Angry Birds to spice up his big birthday cake!

Zipping again!

JOHAN did three zip lines in less than a month!

During a quick tour of La Mesa Ecopark on Sept 18 as part of his dad’s birthday celebration, Johan did his 2nd and 3rd zip line in quick succession. This was less than a month since his very first zip line experience in Lake Caliraya on August 29!

Johan’s Big Wish for Christmas

JOHAN can’t wait for the next occasion on which to expect a gift. In all likelihood that next big occasion is going to be Christmas.

So Johan is now preparing his case to get the gift he’s been wishing for (see photo) on Christmas day. It doesn’t matter who will give it to him, whether it’s Santa, or his mom and dad, or his Ninongs and Ninangs, or his Titos and Titas… They can pool together their resources to give him his much-anticipated Christmas gift if that is what it takes.

The only thing that matters to Johan is for him to get this gift one way or the other, sooner than later.

No, he is not wishing for the top-down BMW sports car. He doesn’t care a bit about it. Not yet at least.

The Dog Whisperer

JOHAN loves dogs. And dogs get drawn to him naturally. He must have gotten this trait from his late Lolo Racquel/Rocky.

During his family’s vacation-outing in Lake Caliraya in late August, a friendly dog kept on following Johan wherever he goes.

From its appearance it is probably a pure-bred Beagle or a cross-breed between a Beagle and an “askal” (most probably the latter). Out of ignorance with dog breeds, Johan’s dad suggested that it might be a Hush Puppy. Johan liked the ring of “Hush Puppy” and settled with it. He promptly christened it HP.

Slip and Slide for some really wild, wet, and muddy fun!

 

DURING his family’s vacation-outing in Lake Caliraya, Johan got to try several outdoor adventure challenges.

 

His scariest challenge was probably the Zip Line. His most difficult challenge was probably Wall Climbing. But the challenge he enjoyed the most is no doubt the Slip and Slide.

Johan and her cute sister Marielle would be happy to do the Slip and Slide over and over again. They love the thrill of the ride and the pure joy of getting all wet and muddied.
