BY THE END of the fourth day in their 5-day Singapore Family Holiday, Johan was already very tired and irritable. No amount of coaxing and cajoling from his mom and dad would make him leave the bed. They were supposed to go for dinner somewhere in Marina Bay and explore the many new nighttime attractions there. That night they just stayed at their room in Marina Bay Sands Hotel instead. Dad ordered room service, Marielle watched cartoons, and mom rested with Johan in bed.
But Johan’s cheerful disposition promptly came back early the following morning, as if nothing happened. He just needed to have a good night sleep.
Which was a good thing because they were scheduled to go swimming at the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands Hotel that morning. It was to be one of the highlights of their 5-day Singapore Family Holiday.
All the sores and wearies from the past four days were washed away as soon as Johan took his first dip in the many swimming pools on the very top of Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
Johan and his charming sister Marielle were thrilled to be swimming on top of one of the world’s most newest, coolest, and most recognized skyscrapers with a spectacular view of the entire city of Singapore down below.
